Cinnamon
Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum plant. Cinnamon is used mainly as an aromatic condiment and flavouring additive in a wide variety of cuisines, sweet and savoury dishes, breakfast cereals, snack foods, bagels, teas, hot chocolate and traditional foods.
White Pepper
To produce white pepper, the outer layer of the peppercorn is removed before or after drying, leaving only the inner seed. White pepper tastes hotter than black pepper but is less complex, with fewer flavour notes. White pepper is used more often in light coloured dishes for aesthetic purposes.

We stood in the gap between The embassy of London & The Chamber of Commerce, Sri Lanka to obtain this.
Several decades later, we are still one of the leading exporters of coffee beans and cocoa beans with the experience of supplying to the world's largest importers. We source our coffee beans from highland forests of Sri Lanka, and are keen on empowering and supporting our local farmers produce the best quality beans. Besides Sri Lankan origin, we are also active international brokers for other origin coffee as well.
We have recently established a strategic collaboration with esteemed and well-established coffee plantations in India and Vietnam for our coffee bean sourcing. Our corporate headquarters will continue to operate from Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with our customary practices. In an effort to bolster our market competitiveness, we have arranged for direct shipping of the coffee beans from their respective origins.
Ceylon Tea Leaves
GP1: Gun Powder One
The flavor varies according to the growing location of tea used for production. Its English name comes from its resemblance to grains of gunpowder. When purchasing gunpowder tea it is important to look for shiny pellets, which indicate that the tea is relatively fresh. Pellet size is also associated with quality. High quality gunpowder tea will have small, tightly rolled pellets.
BP1: Broken Pekoe One
Broken Pekoe Tea is manufactured using an Unorthodox Black tea processing method known as CTC, which refers to the 'Cut Tear Curl' processing method. The tea leaves and tips are cut into tiny particles and then curled into smaller granular particles. This is a larger size leaf with bold round particles. Once brewed, it appears to be bright. Equivalent to size of high grown BOP, but granular.
